Vish Chowdhary has led training of over half a million sales professionals and support teams for the world’s top technology companies through their sales, CRM and enterprise capabilities transformation. He brings over 19 years of expertise in sales transformation, integrated procurement, pricing strategies, lead to cash capabilities development for Fortune 500 companies across a wide spectrum of industries. He has led program management for digital business growth, strategic planning and business transformation for tens of clients. His work has focused on building highly competitive organizations, designing and implementing agile decision making and governance. He has developed and delivered training programs built on “learning by doing” and hands-on coaching. He has served his clients in the US, Canada, Europe, Asia and Africa.

He pioneered the team based high-retention-learning method at Accenture Strategy College. His passion for competitiveness led him to take the faculty responsibility while he was a full-time management consultant serving his Fortune 500 clients, globally. Strong interest and demand from his clients in the "High-Retention-Learning" method led to bringing this method as a service offering for Change Management.

His clients have always valued his clarity in action, competitive mindset, leadership in achieving difficult missions and raising the performance of multi-functional teams.

He brings proven leadership in building and inspiring high-performing teams. While at IBM, he led the program management of turning around IBM’s $25 billion a year Emerging Market (Growth Market) business. Under his leadership at Accenture the Lead to Cash practice grew to $400M in revenue in 3 years. He has led the strategic planing development and growth of Accenture’s consulting practice in Greater China. He conceived and led the launch of digital content delivery business (ADMS) at Accenture, which grew to $700M a year in revenues in five years.

He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
